Tony has 20 years experience in working with high profile clients and athletes in rehabilitation, strength and conditioning. His expertise lies in removing the myths surrounding health and training and educating people to improve their movement and overall training.
Prior to that, Tony has a sporting background in athletics and also played for West Ham youth for 5 years before playing semi-professionally for 10 years.

All-round athlete, Gergo is an amazing gymnast and basketball player and is seen as a master of all techniques.
Endurance & Sports
Having won three Olympic medals including a gold at the Sydney Olympics, Luca's approach to rowing is everything you can imagine. If you're looking to improve your endurance and technique in any area Luca is the number one coach in London.
I have been passionate about CrossFit since I walked into a box for the first time 6 years ago. Ever since that class I've been hooked on the variation and intensity of the workouts and how awesome it feels to lie on the floor in a sweaty heap afterwards!
It is this passion which has led me to become a CrossFit coach and Personal Trainer. I love programming workouts which will push limits, teach new skills and build strength. There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone become stronger, to surpass their goals and to become so much more confident in and out of the box.
For me, it's also about meeting new people and friendships. If you need me I'll usually be found on a foam roller eating peanut butter out the jar whilst plotting the next gruelling WOD!
